Kathleen Sowell, M.S. is a Licensed Psychological Examiner and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor with 30+ years of experience working with individuals with disabilities. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s degree in Counseling.  Kathleen relocated to Tennessee in 1985 and worked in programs serving individuals with traumatic brain injuries.  She has been licensed as a Psychological Examiner since 1993, providing psychoeducational assessment to children, adolescents, and adults.  Her most recent employment experience has included 20 years of practice in higher education as a counselor, psychological examiner, and disability services program director. Kathleen has extensive experience assisting students transition to college, and is experienced in providing assessment for the consideration of accommodations on college admission exams and in the college program.
