About

Hannah began her career as a speech-language pathologist in Tennessee after earning her bachelor’s degree from Murray State University in Kentucky and master's degree from Arkansas State University. Hannah enjoys working clinically with a variety of ages. She considers her expertise being with the school-age population, but she has also been trained to work with the geriatric population. Hannah even completed a thesis on word-finding therapy in older individuals who have experienced a stroke. 

While working in the school setting, she has evaluated and diagnosed a variety of communicative disorders for early childhood, elementary, middle-school, and high school students. Beyond conducting speech-language evaluations, Hannah has treated a diverse caseload of communication disorders during her years in the school setting. 

Within the school system, Hannah has worked with students of a variety of ages and disorders. Such disorders included autism spectrum disorders, down syndrome, language disorders, and speech disorders. Her clinical focuses include articulation and language disorders. Hannah employs a multidisciplinary approach in assessment and treatment. Her experience collaborating with teachers, occupational therapists, counselors, physical therapists, psychologists, and caregivers has served to promote a student-first approach. Hannah’s mission as an SLP is to improve individual’s communication skills to promote better quality of life. 

In her spare time, Hannah pursues time with her husband, playing with her dog, and volunteering at church. She also enjoys painting and calligraphy, spending time with friends, and cooking. Other passions include learning Spanish, learning more about her field of speech and language pathology, as well as thrifting.
