Haley Halsell

M.S., CCC-SLP

Haley has lived in the Nashville area since early 2024 after she moved from Mobile. She has both a Bachelor of Arts degree from Auburn University and her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from The University of South Alabama. She holds her Clinical Certificate of Competency (CCC) from the American Speech, Language, and Hearing Association (ASHA) and is licensed as a speech-language pathologist in the state of Tennessee.

As a speech-language pathologist, Haley has worked in a variety of settings including private practice, schools, and hospitals. She has evaluated and treated children of all ages, with varied diagnoses including language disorders, pragmatic deficits, phonological disorders, fluency disorders, articulation disorders, and childhood apraxia of speech. Providing families with comprehensive care plans that will accomplish both short-term and long-term goals is another important aspect of Haley’s therapy. To that end, working with children with executive functioning deficits is another passion of hers.

Having served in a variety of settings, Haley is most passionate about serving children in the private practice setting. She knows the importance of developing those authentic relationships with the children she treats as well as with their families.

Outside of work, Haley enjoys spending time outside with her mini golden retriever, Winnie, as well as family and friends. She loves exploring Nashville restaurants and all of the variety of activities Nashville has to offer!
